If your household water is rusty, it’s recommended to purchase a rust removal filter and install it alongside the vitamin shower filter. However, if your water isn’t rusty, the vitamin shower filter alone is sufficient, as it already contains a small rust removal filter

The suitable water temperature for using the vitamin shower filter is between 4°C and no more than 50°C, as stated on the manufacturer’s box. Cold water enhances the aromatic scent, while hot water may cause the scent to dissipate. However, this will not affect the quality of the vitamin shower filter, and it will continue to work perfectly to remove chlorine from the water

Let me tell you how it all started. I was sick for five years without knowing the cause. Doctors couldn’t find a cure or understand the problem, so they tried various treatments, but nothing worked. Unfortunately, my skin condition worsened day by day, to the point where I couldn’t bear any more ineffective treatments. Emotionally, I was devastated, especially because, out of nowhere, I developed an allergy to the sun and heat. Literally, my skin would burn! So, I decided to take matters into my own hands—ironically, it took me five years—and started exploring alternative, non-chemical, non-toxic, and non-medicinal solutions that might help. I tried many different products, most of which were quite expensive, but none of them worked. One day, while washing my bath towel, I noticed rust stains on it. That’s when it hit me: my main issue was rust. Because my skin was constantly exposed to high levels of rust while showering, I got sick. (Hair fall, thinning, itchy skin, rashes, inflamed skin, rough and discolored patches—it all started happening.)

I bought my first rust shower filter for 150 AED, but it lasted less than a week! It was expensive, and the price was unrealistic for me. So, I decided to start my business to help people who have been through similar struggles and are looking for high-quality, budget-friendly products to help them live a normal life. A healthy person can’t fully understand the emotional and physical struggles we’ve been through because they live a normal life. I can’t have a normal life anymore—the damage is done, and it won’t go away. But I’ve chosen to live with it positively and help others in need by providing accessible products with a minimal profit margin.

I’m not trying to become a billionaire from this. All I want is to help those who have similar struggles in the best way I can. On a positive note, I love myself more than I ever did before. I look gorgeous without makeup, and I’ve learned to focus on finding solutions rather than fixating on problems. Remember to smile and stay happy every day, thankful for what you have. You can use a 90-degree connector, also known as a “90 Degree Shower Elbow Adapter” or “Handheld Shower Head Elbow Adapter,” to help install the shower filter even if there’s no space between your mixer and bathtub. These can be found online or in local hardware stores

English is the most commonly understood spoken language by the majority. However, you can easily change the language in your browser, whether on your laptop or phone. Simply go to your browser settings, select the translate option, and change the page from English to your desired language

You will need an aerator faucet key for removal. The key sizes may differ, so you might need to get a few different sizes to find the one that matches your sink. These can be found online or at local hardware stores. If you’re living in a rental apartment, you can ask maintenance to open it for you, or a local plumber may lend you the keys so you can install the sink filter.
